Our small team is working very hard to fulfill your order promptly, but please expect a 1-3 day turnaround on all orders due to high order volume.

Please specify any specific delivery dates you have in mind (for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays etc.). While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, we'll do our best to get your order to its destination around the time you specify.
DELIVERY
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all items ship UPS Ground or UPS 2nd day air, depending on distance and the local temperatures at origination and destination locations. You have the option to purchase UPS Next Day service, however our processing time for each order remains 3-5 days. Unfortunately, once we ship the packages, delivery delays due to mail service and weather are completely out of our control. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Packages are typically mailed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure that they arrive in the best condition possible and to avoid delays over weekends. For local orders and orders where temperatures permit, we may ship on Thursdays and Friday as well, at our discretion. Orders received after 10am (PST) on Wednesday will be mailed the following Monday to ensure chocolate arrives in optimal condition.

Please double check the shipping address on your orders as we are not able to confirm each order's address before shipping. Please note that the shipping label will directly reflect the address you submit at checkout. If the address is incorrectly submitted at checkout, the package may be returned to our location. While we are more than happy to reship your order, please note that you will be billed for any additional shipping charges necessary for the reshipment.
WEATHER CAUTION
All items ship with an ice pack, if the local weather requires it, to ensure chocolates and caramels arrive in near perfect condition.

Chocolates are sensitive to direct sunlight. Please ensure that the products are stored in a cool space out of direct sunlight for best quality. We recommend a wine fridge if available or a cool pantry (up to 70°f).
